
1/4 cup Almond meal
1/4 tsp Baking powder
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 tsp Sweetener
1 tsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all dry ingredients in a coffee mug. Stir to combine.
2. Add the egg and oil. Stir until thoroughly combined.
3. Microwave for 1 minute.
4. Use a knife if necessary to help remove the muffin from the cup, slice, and butter.
5. Eat and enjoy!
